Six Sigma

This course work will prepare individuals to take the ASQ Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.

Lean Systems Inc. was the first to offer a Lean Champion Greenbelt/Blackbelt Certification program internationally. The five course lean champion certification program is the foundation for the international standard for Lean Green Belt Certification. The completion of 120 hours of training will constitute eligibility for a comprehensive Green Belt examination.

Black Belt and Master Black Belt Certification are offered upon the completion of project management and organizational assessment. This certification was developed in collaboration with the International Association of Lean Practitioners (IALP).
